Dormitory at SUNY-College at Oneonta (2 players per room, 2 coaches per team (minimum) as monitors – Resident Hall monitors, Security Office in next building, Infirmary in Dormitory
BOARD:
3 meals per day provided by CBW catering service (Box meal if you have back to back games). Meals start with Saturday night dinner and end with Thursday lunch.

Major League rules with some modifications (see rules sheet)
11U - 12U: Base paths: 70 ft. Pitching Mound: 50ft.
13U - 16U: Base paths: 90 ft. Pitching Mound: 60ft 6 inches
UNIFORMS:
Each team must bring its own uniform(s) and equipment – we want you to wear your own uniform with pride representing your team, league, city, and state.
UMPIRES:
Each team is required to bring an umpire with them. Applications for prospective umpires are on our website under the “Umpires” section. They must be submitted for approval by April 15th of your tournament year.
INDIVIDUAL SKILLS COMPETITIONS
On Saturday night after your arrival and check-in, we will have a “SCOUTS TRYOUT” whereby we will be conducting the same skill tests that they use at professional tryouts: 70 - 90 yard dash (dependent upon age division), throws from outfield for accuracy, throws from infield for velocity, catcher throws for accuracy, pitchers accuracy test, etc. – Home Run Derby is the final event.
FORMAT:
Max 15 teams for 12u and max 10 team tournaments for 13-16u
All teams play a minimum of 8 games (weather permitting)
Teams are put into one of two or three pools
